  • Quintessence Healing Arts

Today I had a discussion with Holly Bouchard about the healing work she is doing.

There are many healing modalities. And today, we are opening our minds and hearts to be educated on Holly’s gifts and talents.

  • Shadow Work -Keeping it Real

It seems appropriate to start this blog off with his video where Brice, Emmie and I discuss The Catalyst Event for Humanity (It isn’t what you think). This discussion occured on the back of the shadow work challenge Brice did in November.

  • Can Our Thoughts Heal Us?

I’ve been talking about this concept for a while, now.  Can our thoughts heal us?

There are many out there that will scoff at this statement. But as more time passes, we’re seeing more evidence of healing through mental awareness. Meaning, when you’re aware of what you think, and you focus on thinking you’re healthy, you can manifest that reality. In other posts, I mention that we are all energy. This is a scientific fact. If we’re energy, then what we think is energy.  I recorded a video a while ago where I used the analogy of You yelling into the wind, or air. When you yell, an echo is created. That is energy. You created that energy. That energy bounces off the ether, to the wind (or air) and comes back to you.

Your thoughts work the same way. You think something. That thought is energy. And it comes back to you. So, if you make a statement such as, “I’m an idiot”, that statement as energy goes out and bounces back to you. Your subconscious hears it, not knowing the difference between what is real and not real, and it assumes it to be fact. So, what happens? You just talked yourself into being an idiot.

Do you remember as a child reciting that phrase, “sticks and stones may break my bones, but names will never hurt me”? Well, If you think back on that statement, at a time when someone said something hurtful to you, you may recall that you’re feelings were hurt. You made the statement, so the abusive party wouldn’t know you were hurt.

Words have a great effect on who we become. So do your best to make sure all self-talk is positive.

So, now, if we bring the conversation back to our health, we can see how words can affect our ability to do many things. Healing included.

We have many examples to consider when we discuss this idea.

    • Think about how your body reacts when you’re afraid. You usually become stressed. That stress affects your heart rate and your bowels.
    • You may walk into a bakery and smell delicious cake baking. This sense causes you to salivate.
    • How about this one? You open the trash can to throw out something, and there is rotting food in the can. What is your reaction to that? Does it make you want to vomit?

Please don’t think I’m telling you to stop going to your doctor if you have a health condition. I’m making no medical claims here. But here are a few things you can do to begin the process of healing from disease and illness.

    • You should always trust your medical provider. If your doctor is telling you things that make you question what he or she says, then find a new doctor. One you can trust to tell you the truth. One who will listen to your concerns.
    • Meditation is a great way to connect with your inner voice. Meditation isn’t just for the yogi. When you take time to sit and “Be”, you are giving your body an opportunity to heal. You sit quietly, not thinking about anything in particular. Just empty your mind of all thought. By doing this, you can relax and take a break from the stress of the world. Of course, while you are sitting, thoughts will come to mind. When they do, acknowledge them, and let them go. You may have to do this many times before you get the hang of it. But it’s a good way to rest the mind so you can open the door to healing
    • The biggest obstacle to knowing that your thoughts can heal you is by surrounding yourself with the wrong people. If those around you are discounting the idea that you can heal by thought, you will fall victim to their negativity. You want to surround yourself with positivity. Love. Joy. Happiness. These are high vibrational feelings. They are healing frequencies. You want to stay away from fear, guilt, and shame. Those are some of the lowest vibrational frequencies. They are the frequencies that make you sick.
    • Never be afraid to check in with yourself. Some people call this “mindfulness”. When you sit in the quiet, and listen to your body, you will realize things you don’t when you’re racing around trying to keep up with the Jones’. You will be able to feel aches and pains, you will hear the beat of your heart and the blood flowing through your veins. You’ll even be able to hear your digestive system working. By sitting in silence, you will allow your body to disconnect from any stress which will give you the opportunity to connect with your intuition.
    • I think the biggest obstacle to anyone’s healing is mood. When we improve our mood, we improve our health. I think we can all attest to the fact that when we’re in a bad mood, nothing goes well. Including anything with our body. You may end up with a headache. You may trip and fall. You may lash out in traffic, maybe causing an accident. These things can make you anxious, depressed, or hostile (all negative frequencies). All these emotions or feelings promote a lack of oxygen in the body which could have adverse effects on the heart over time. Stress somewhat fits into the idea of changing your mood. When you can change your mood, be more positive, you will reduce stress.
  • Feeling The Fear

November is in the rear-view mirror. Now we look ahead to December where we continue our challenge… on our own.

So, at the end of November, Brice challenged us to create our own challenge for December. I summarized what my challenge would be on November 28. But I conveniently left out something important. She challenged us to do something we were afraid to do. I hadn’t made up my mind what that something would be.

Many of you know I started a blog in 2019 as a means to work through finding out I had Hashimotos, and how I would deal with that news. And how I could help others who might be on a similar journey.

Over the last ten years I’ve grown a lot. I’ve learned even more. I went from being a semi-healthy woman with Hashimotos to a well informed more healthy woman who acquired some education while making many life changes along the way. I guess you could say I’m a new woman.

Part of my journey was discovering Ayurvedic medicine. Not only have I incorporated Ayurveda into my daily practice, but I became an Ayurvedic Practitioner. I’ve been trying to decide whether to keep my certification to myself and just use it for my benefit. Or to open myself up to offer services to others. In hopes to help others heal.

Well, I’ve decided to open up and set up an Ayurvedic Practice. I will be organizing my practice and posting information on this blog and my Rumble channel . I’ll be working locally to get my business name out there locally too.

I don’t know what this practice will look like in five years, but for today it looks like the first step on a new journey.

I am also going to track my progress through this awakening process. We are all on a journey to know our true selves. I have created a mission called Awakening and Ascension. For now I will be sharing my knowledge of what I see as an awakening. And working through what I see as ascending to a new reality. One that is filled with all the high vibrational experiences I create. Who knows, maybe it will turn into a way to assist others to see their soul path, or find what truly makes them happy.

I hope you all will continue to walk with me and support me as I take this new beginning and make it my future success. Not for myself (only), but to help in my small way to assist others to heal body, mind, and soul.

  • My Arjuna

We’ve been working through this shadow work challenge, which has been testing us in the most intense ways. It has also offered some insight into who we truly are. In today’s challenge, we talked about finding our courage. We talked about the ultimate decision to fight that which is closest to us.

If you’re familiar with the Bagavad Gita, you will know the struggle Arjuna undertakes, isn’t an easy one. I believe it represents the struggle we all face when we look at ourselves. Sometimes we are our own worst enemy. We become weak when we should be strong enough to face our demons. We must challenge ourselves to stand up and fight the fear that holds us back.

Today as I contemplated Arjuna’s struggles, I realize mine aren’t so different from his. Here is where we meet our Arjuna. And here I share my plight, my struggle to face those fears. In my words, in my way.

    I Am Arjuna

I am Arjuna. I am he, who’s called to fight. To kill. To liberate.

The image that stares back at me is fighting with she who studies that body, that spirit, that soul. The soul that signed the contract that would teach her who she truly is.

My dark night of the soul pulls me into the depth of my inner self. It struggles with the lives I have lived in this one lifetime. My soul now calls me to see myself, not as the flesh and blood that walks the earth today. But to see my divine nature.

I am now called to the struggle between life and death. No, not suicide. I am called to awaken. It is time to see my soul self and be that which the creator created me to be.

    Love.

I am Arjuna. I am he, who listens to the teacher.

When I study the image of the face looking back at me, I stare into the eyes that are the window to the soul.

I am called to fight, yet I love. How can I destroy that which I have become comfortable with, that which I have grown to know so intimately.

The struggles I’ve lived with and survived are now a part of me. I cling to them as a drowning person would cling to the life vest. It is all I know.

I am Arjuna. I am she, the brave warrior.

I am called to face my fears. To stare down that which challenges me. That which stirs within me, the ultimate fight or flight nature.

The longer I stand in front of the image, the greater the need to know the truth.

I am love, yet I am called by the inner stirring to fight. I now fight for the love that is buried deep within, waiting to be rescued.

I long to breathe the fresh air and feel the warmth of the sun shining on my face. I long to be released from the prison of which I place myself. It is time to be released from the dark night that has held me in a state of nothingness.

I am Arjuna. I am she who rejoices in the light.

Darkness recedes as the light fills my soul. Beckoning me to shine, a light so bright it lights up the world.

I am the expression of my soul. My true divine self has risen and continues to shine bringing forth a love so great it will never be contained.

    I am Arjuna.

  • I Am Love

    October 25, 2022

I began to question everything about my health, in 2013 when I was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s.

It was the worst and best day of my life. I thought I was healthy. I never thought to look at my weight or eating habits. The day I was diagnosed however, I stopped to consider how my life had progressed. My eating habits were terrible. I had migraines all the time. I used Excederine, migraine, Tylenol sinus and a bottle of coke to ease the pressure. That worked for a while but it took it”s toll on my stomach. And my thyroid.

I ate fast food, once or twice a week. And without even thinking about it I went from a size 3 to a size 7 pants. All this happened over a period of years. I was unhappy and never stopped to consider why.

So, the Hashimoto’s diagnosis was really a life saver. It didn’t happen over night, but over time I’ve learned how to live a better life.

Today, I’m continuing the lessons. I’m joining Brice Watson as she offers up a 30 day challenge to those who want to do their “shadow work”. I’ll be tracking my growth on my Ayurvedic Intuition Blog, if you’re interested in following my growth.

If you’re not familiar with the term “shadow work”, then let me help you understand. Some of you may not subscribe to this mindset, and that’s okay. You can let go of what doesn’t resonate with you, and politely read the post while being respectful to those who find value in what I write.

We are all born into this 3D matrix by our design. We plan out the lessons we want to learn. We participate in a soul contract whereby we will experience ideas, places, and lesson so our soul can grow and learn. We come into this world in a state of amnesia, which gives us the opportunity to experience this life without prejudice.

Included in this decent into 3D, is the memory of all that is experienced in all our incarnations. Those memories and experiences, which we agreed to, now leave a shadow on our soul. This is our shadow work. We listen to our body, we experience pain and heal it so our soul can move up and we can complete the lessons.

While this is only a summary of how I see the idea of shadow work, it is a starting point. Anyone who wishes to join us on this journey can do so by contacting Brice at [email protected]

I am excited to uncover and bring into the light that which has remained hidden. That which is keeping me from moving to the next phase of my life.

  • Tesla Energy

I’ve been posting some information about energy. And how we re all made up of energy. I mentioned Nikola Tesla. I believe everyone knows who Tesla was. But in case I’m posting a bit about him below.

Magnetism & Electricity governs the universe. Everything is frequency! ~ N. Tesla

Nikola Tesla was a multi-disciplinary genius. He discovered rotating magnetic field in 1882 which led to a series of US Patents in 1888, giving us the AC electric power system we still use today.

This one achievement earned him the honor of being called “The Man Who Invented the 20th Century”. He was multifaceted in his research which went beyond what what we see as electricity today.

He invented the brush-less AC induction motor, the radio, remote control by the radio, super-conductivity, fluorescent lighting, the blade-less turbine engine and pump, the capacitor discharge ignition system for automobile engines, the mechanical oscillator, and dozens of other inventions.

He also discovered that useful energy could be extracted from the heat of the ambient air and that electric power in the form of Radiant Energy which could be broadcast to everyone in the world through the ground.

If we think about it. Pythagoras was right! Geometry is at the heart of all of what Tesla showed us. “Phenomena can be interpreted as either the geometric effects of field phenomena or the field effects of geometry Resonance requires a Harmony of both! Hence antenna engineering and musical instruments.”

Taking it a step further, in looking at the human body or “electric body” we realize that the longitudinal waves are the ones our minds transmit between each other, those are the ones cells use to communicate with each other.

    Why do we get hungry?

    Our body needs energy

    Our cells need energy

Look at the body as four capacitors in a cell-like structure. You could say cell membranes resemble capacitors while human DNA could mimic the coil causing the nerve fibers to work. Just consider how life develops energy from the Ether & Scalar Fields.

Now, lets look at how food is meant to give us energy. Then go back and look at how the Rockefeller’s manipulated the food supply. Now, the food meant to give us energy, poisons us.

Mass market foods were created to cause addiction and poison us to keep the electric body from performing in the manner it was meant. Drug companies create drugs to make us sick. They maintain the body in perpetual illness so they can keep pumping more drugs into the human body.

It was well known that Tesla energy went far deeper than free energy. He knew the effect energy had on biology, physics, and metaphysics. It is also well known that the elite were threatened by the idea Tesla had for producing free energy to the world. Because of that, they ruined him and destroyed any possibility the world would experience the comfort of free electricity.

  • Death Is An Illusion

There was a time when you would be hung for believing anything not sanctioned by the Church.

Today however, people are becoming more aware of the state of energy and how it affects the human body. It has been said, we are what we eat. Of course, we can relate to that because food is physical. We can see it, smell it, and taste it. When we consume it, we digest it, and it becomes part of our body. At least temporarily.

If we eat junk food, our body gets sick. If we eat healthy food, we notice we feel more alert and have more energy. Of course, there are exceptions to that, but you understand what I mean.

In recent years, we are hearing more about neuroplasticity, brain waves, and neurotransmitters in the brain. We are learning that we can reprogram our mind, building or changing those neurotransmitters, to change our habits, and attitude. Now, we hear, you are what you think. We should explore that in another post.

The argument is that everything is energy. Our physical body is energy. It appears to be solid because we are living in a third dimensional space, causing us to vibrate at such a low frequency, that we become solid mass. As we learn to change our way of thinking, and we are able to heal old trauma, we will increase that vibration causing us to eventually transform to light beings. Of course, that will take many lifetimes.

“If you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency and vibration. ~ Nikola Tesla

In any case, the point I’m trying to make is, if we are made of energy, and energy can not be created or destroyed, then we have always existed, and we will never die. We will only change form. Making death an illusion.

This may seem like a wild concept, but if you think about it it makes sense. Maybe we should reconsider reincarnation. At least those who might discount it as possibility.

We’ve been robbed of many things throughout our lives. The elite have kept much information from us. A means to keep us under control. We are standing on a precipice now. The elite are about to meet their maker. We are about to be free.

I can’t wait to learn more about the human species and what we are truly capable of. One day, we may be like the Marvel characters, able to leap tall buildings, and bend metal, and fly. I know, It sounds much like sci-fi and hard to believe. We’ll see.

Keep digging. The information is out there.
